Easycom: As with any laptop it really depends on the conditions. It should be fine as long as it has plenty of airflow, and none of the fans are blocked. They all use mobile processors these days so serious overheating issues will be rare.

Easycom: The memory on this laptop can be upgrade to 4GB - give the sales team a call for the current price. As for the graphics system, the laptop features a shared card which means it does not offer the same 3D performance as the LX.AG50J.169, however it does offer a slightly longer battery run time.

Easycom: Yes – you will be ok installing the software that came with your digital camera as it will not clash with the built in camera.

Easycom: This laptop has integrated graphics, you would ideally require a dedicated graphics card. We would recommend an NVidia GeForce Go7300 or better for smooth 3D renderring.

Easycom: NTFS would be better, if it doesnt already come with NTFS then you can convert it from within windows, it takes about 5 minutes.

10-May-2007 Frank: I have several questions: When you upgrade the DDRII memory to 1 GB does this put this laptop at risk of potential damage from being opened up and so is it wise to take out the pre delivery inspection? would you recommend the pre delivery inspection anyway or am i better off in the long run putting that money towards an extended 3 year warranty? and also, will the graphics on this laptop be able to handle games that are quite old i.e. released in the period 1996-2004?

Easycom: There is no risk of damage when the memory is fitted, and testing that it works is the final part of the upgrade process. The machine would be capable of running older games but would probably struggle with anything from the last 5 years.
