There is nothing to worry about. it can supports max 1280 x 800 resolution and 16.7 million (24 bit ) colour scheme with acer's latst crystalbrite technology.It never look like a plastic body it has shining body with interior with white color. May be due to interior white colour our customer felt like that.

Easycom: Acer laptops do not come with a recovery disc and as we buy them boxed and sealed from the manufacturer, the decision lies with them. We can make a recovery DVD up before delivery for a price of 12.99.

Easycom: Vista now works fine. There is also due a service pack out which will fix all the bugs you have been hearing about.
